The Phineas Priesthood is one of the many infamous domestic terrorist groups in the United States. It was named Phineas Priesthood because of a Biblical story of a Priest who killed an Israelite man and Midianite women, which saved the people of Israel from one of God’s plagues. To keep their organization safe from infiltration, little is known of the group, so it is not known when the group was started. The group is not a membership organization, and to become a Phineas Priest, they must commit acts against people who go against the ‘Biblical Laws’. This means that Phineas Priests could be anywhere and anyone.
The Phineas Priesthood wants a Christian-only, white-only country, which is why they use terrorism. They target anyone who goes against the ‘Biblical Laws’. Among the list of people they target are interracial couples, abortion providers, homosexuals, Jews, government officials and non-whites. They attack people through murdering, bombing, robbing, and other violent acts. Places they bomb are gay clubs, and abortion clinics. They use robbing to go against taxation, and it is also the way they get their money. One of the crimes that were committed by Phineas Priests was back in 1996. In Centennial Olympic park, there was a pipe bomb explosion during the Summer Olympics. There were also robberies in April and July of 1996, which were also committed by the Phineas Priests.
There were no details about how people have fought back. There were only articles about the Phineas Priests who had been arrested. One example of this is Paul Hill considered himself a phineas priest and killed an abortion doctor. He was later arrested and executed in 2003.
This is the symbol of Phineas Priests.
